21/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved: a) under certain conditions, the creation of a joint venture KirchPay TV, between British Sky Broadcasting Group (BskyB) and Kirch; b) increased share of CLT-UFA (Audiofina and Bertelsmann groups) in the Vox chain, c) joint-venture F2 Chemicals between Asahi Glass Company and Mitsubishi (Japan).
