ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) electronics

The Belgian firm PUNCH INTERNATIONAL (turnover of some EUR 60 million with close to 2,000 staff) has taken over the French firm DUFOUR, an manufacturer of industrial automation and related automatic electronic devices, placed in receivership. Two new companies will be created at the end of the transaction, called PUNCH DUFOUR AUTOMATION and PUNCH DUFOUR INSTALLATION.
