Council of European Regulators set up Mrs. Loyola de Palacio - Portuguese Presidency

Brussels, 08/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commissioner for Energy Mrs Loyola de Palacio, set up the new Community body that gathers together independent regulators from the member States in the sectors of electricity and natural gas. For the moment it is made up of regulators from Belgium, Finland, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
