ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banking

The German Internet banking and brokering firm CONSORS has taken a 20% stake in ONBANCA, the virtual banking branch of the Italian group COMMERCIO & INDUSTRIA. This operation provides for the setting up of a company specialised in on-line trading, held to the tune of 60 by the German firm and 40% by ONBANCA.
