ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) cleaning

ONET, France's number one cleaning firm, has taken control (or 85%) of the shares of ENTREPRISE FERROVIAIRE-SAFEN, a family group specialised in industrial cleaning, with an FF 980 million turnover in 1999. Through this acquisition, ONET will have a total turnover of FF 4.7 bn, 3.6 bn of which in cleaning with a workforce of close to 40,000.
