08/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - EUROPE believe that the European Commission decided to authorised the acquisition of the French agri-foodstuffs company Amora Maille (sauces and condiments), by the Anglo-Dutch group Unilever, without undertaking an in-depth investigation. The acquisition notified last 25 January, is valued at a total of FF 4.7 billion.
