Brussels, 31/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - Africans and Europeans will pursue preparation of the Cairo Summit, based on the hypothesis that it will take place as planned on 3 and 4 April. At the preparatory meeting ending last Friday night (see EUROPE of 28 January, page 10), participants noted that the political will to hold this summit exists on both sides, but that they disagree on several essential aspects.
