Belgium's TELINFO recently acquired Germany's ECKMANN DATENTECKNIK (turnover of EUR 36 million with 100 employees), Britain's CELLSTACK (sales of EUR 2.3 million with 40 employees) and France's INTEGRAL SOLUTIONS (turnover of EUR 6 million with 26 employees).
