Brussels, 31/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, there were many finance ministers who seized the opportunity of the "open debate" devoted to the priorities of the Portuguese Council Presidency to stress the need, which they consider imperative, to scrupulously comply with the "financial perspectives" for EU spending.
