Heads of State and Government of fourteen Member States to refuse any official contact with a government that includes the FPÖ

Lisbon, 31/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - A statement by the Portuguese Presidency released on Monday evening on behalf of fourteen EU Member States (all but Austria) reads as follows:
