Brussels, 31/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - On the eve of the fourth and final ACP/EU ministerial negotiating conference on the post-Lomé partnership agreement, scheduled for Wednesday 2 and Thursday 3 February in Brussels, the Council of Ministers of 71 ACP (African/Caribbean/Pacific) countries are meeting in extraordinary session on the afternoon of Tuesday 1 February (from 15h00) and the morning of Wednesday 2 February (from 9h00 to 11h00) at the ACP House in Brussels.
