The Spanish construction group DRAGADOS will be merging its infrastructure subsidiary VALORA 2000 with the motorway company AUMAR -AUTOPISTAS DEL MARE NOSTRUM- in a new venture called ÁUREA CONCESIONES DE INFRAESTRUCTURAS.
