Acting through HVB PRIVATE CLIENTS, its division specialised in private banking, the German group HYPOVEREINSBANK has bought the private Spanish institution BANCO INVERSIÓN (ESP 45 billion in assets managed by 24 agencies) for an undisclosed amount.
