Duff and Voggenhuber put forward proposals on procedures to be followed by body chaired by Mr. Herzog

Brussels, 28/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - Messrs. Duff and Voggenhuber, European Parliament rapporteurs on the Charter of Fundamental Rights, have submitted a memorandum to meeting of the body responsible for drawing up the Charter to be held on 1 and 2 February (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.7) proposing rules of procedure to be adopted by the body - that they already prefer to call "Convention".
