Hearing for interim ruling on OLAF 11 February

Luxembourg, 28/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - The date of the hearing for the interim ruling of the Court of First Instance concerning the request of over 70 MEPs to annul the EP's decision on OLAF (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.13) is fixed for 11 February. We recall that the EP lawyers said complainants include MEPs who had voted in plenary in favour of the decision.
