Brussels / Washington, 24/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - The President of the United States, Bill Clinton has suspended for a further six months, from 1 February, the operational provisions of the Helms-Burton Act (Libertad Act) that enable American citizens to engage in legal proceedings against foreign companies "trafficking" from property confiscated by the Castro Regime in Cuba.
