28/07/2026 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission implementing regulation on technical standards for the prudential reporting of branches of banks the head offices of which are located outside the European Union was published in the Official Journal of the European Union, on Monday 27 July. This text specifies the information that these institutions will have to submit to the supervisory authorities, as well as the reporting formats and deadlines. It implements the new European prudential framework for third-country branches (‘Third-Country Branches Regime’)’, established by the CRD VI Directive.
