René Repasi remains European Parliament rapporteur on proposed 28th company law regime

23/04/2026 (Agence Europe) – René Repasi (S&D, German) has been appointed lead rapporteur for the European Parliament’s Committee on Legal Affairs on the regulation establishing the new European company model EuInc. and the rules implementing the 28th Company Law regime, Agence Europe learned on Thursday 23 April.
