02/03/26 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 27 February, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) published the results of its annual transparency calculations for equity and equity-like financial products. From Monday 6 April, these data will determine the thresholds and parameters governing transparency obligations before and after transactions in the European Union. This includes assessing the liquidity of securities, identifying the main trading market and calculating average trading volumes. Market participants are invited to follow the daily publications in order to obtain estimates for the new shares introduced on the stock market.
