20/02/2026 (Agence Europe) – Although the ambassadors of the EU Member States approved on Friday 20 February the regulation implementing enhanced cooperation for the establishment of the €90 billion loan to Ukraine for 2026-2027 and the amendment of the regulation (2024/792) establishing the ‘Ukraine Facility’, they did not vote on the amendment to the multiannual financial framework (MFF) 2021-2027, which is necessary for the European Commission to borrow on the financial markets...
