On Wednesday 18 February, the Member States’ representatives to the Council of the European Union (Coreper) are expected to approve the negotiating position (general approach) on a draft decision enabling Austria to amend its bilateral agreement with Switzerland, which has existed since 1958, with a view to authorising cabotage transport when providing international road passenger transport services by coach and bus in the border regions between the two countries.
