Cyprus Presidency of EU Council intends to reach partial negotiating position in May on next ‘Horizon Europe’

On Friday 27 February, the European Research Ministers will discuss the ‘Horizon Europe’ framework programme for research and innovation for the period 2028-2034 (FP10). On Friday 13 February, the Cyprus Presidency of the EU Council prepared a note with which to “give political guidance on a number of crucial outstanding issues”.
