European Commission plans a ‘light omnibus’ on 10 December before a broader review

On Wednesday 10 December, the European Commission is expected to adopt a draft regulation aimed at simplifying certain environmental rules to reduce the administrative burden by 25% for all companies and 35% for SMEs, without weakening environmental objectives (see EUROPE B13759A33).
