14/11/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 12 November, the European Commission announced the opening of the 2026 Erasmus+ programme call for proposals. With a budget of €5.2 billion, this new edition will offer learning mobility experiences to around 1,275,000 participants and over 100,000 organisations involved in Erasmus+ projects. A new initiative planned for 2026, ‘European Partnerships for School Development’ aims to support experimentation with innovative teaching practices and promote civic engagement, democratic participation and shared values. Organisations active in education, training, youth or sport can apply to their national agency or, for certain centralised activities, to the EACEA.
