Green light from EU Council for payment to Kyiv of instalment of €1.8 billion under ‘Ukraine Facility’

04/11/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 4 November, the Council of the European Union approved the disbursement of a fifth instalment of macro-financial assistance worth €1.8 billion under the ‘Ukraine Facility’. This instalment brings to €24.7 billion the amounts already disbursed through this €50 billion budgetary instrument for the period 2024-2027.
