EU Council adopts simplification of Carbon Border Adjustment mechanism

29/09/2025 (Agence Europe) – The EU Member States have adopted the first ‘omnibus’ simplification text - other than a deferral of application - on the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM).
