European Commission offers reporting template to AI providers for serious incidents involving their systems

On Friday 26 September, the European Commission published draft guidelines and a reporting template for suppliers of AI systems on serious incidents linked to artificial intelligence.

This template is intended to help suppliers report malfunctions in their systems, within a single framework as set out by Article 73 of the AI Regulation.
