NATO’s PURL initiative has already raised $2 billion

03/09/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 3 September, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte announced that NATO’s PURL (Prioritised Ukraine Requirements List) initiative had already raised $2 billion (€1.72 billion). “In just a few weeks (Editor’s note: since the end of June), this mechanism has channelled $2 billion worth of urgently needed aid to Ukraine – from ammunition to advanced air defence.
