János Bóka opposes internal reform of EU running in parallel with current enlargement negotiations

At the informal meeting of the EU ‘General Affairs’ Council (see EUROPE B13700A3) on Tuesday 2 September, the Hungarian Minister for European Affairs, János Bóka, said that the processes of enlargement and internal reform of the European Union should be handled “separately”.
