10/06/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 10 June, the European Commission published an implementing regulation imposing a provisional anti-dumping duty on hardwood plywood from China. An investigation was opened in October 2024 following a complaint lodged by the Greenwood consortium, which represents the Union’s plywood industry. Prior to the definitive conclusion of the investigation, the Commission already considers itself entitled to impose a provisional customs tariff in the form of a guarantee. The rate is 25.1% for the sampled company, Pizhou Jiangshan Wood Co, Ltd, and 62.4% for all other Chinese companies. Link to the implementing regulation: https://aeur.eu/f/h8o (LM)
