Commercial practices – MEP Stefano Bonaccini wants to flesh out proposal

In his draft report published on 29 April, MEP Stefano Bonaccini (S&D, Italy) proposes strengthening the draft regulation aimed at combating unfair cross-border commercial practices. The European Commission’s proposal dates from last December and accompanies that amending the rules of the Common Market Organisation (see EUROPE B13615A6).
