Post-Covid-19 European Recovery Fund not truly performance-based budgetary instrument, says European Court of Auditors

In a report adopted on Tuesday 6 May, the European Court of Auditors has strongly criticised the operation of the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), arguing that the budgetary instrument of Europe’s post-Covid-19 recovery plan is not really performance-based.
