14/11/2024 (Agence Europe) – The regulation and directive in the EU Listing Act legislative package, designed to make it easier for European companies, particularly SMEs, to raise capital on the markets, were published on Thursday 14 November in the Official Journal of the European Union. An agreement between the Council of the EU and the European Parliament was reached last February (see EUROPE 13341/8, 13398/38), before the respective institutions finally approved the legislative texts (see EUROPE 13499/22, 13398/38).
