In a judgment handed down on Wednesday 4 September (cases T-381/15 RENV II and T-509/21), the General Court of the European Union upheld the European Commission’s decision of June 2021 refusing to recognise the status as an international organisation of the International Management Group – Infrastructure for Bosnia and Herzegovina (IMG-IBH), an entity based in Belgrade since 1994 to assist States and international organisations in the reconstruction of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
