Social progress, housing, investment policies and new own resources—S&D group in European Parliament has almost finalised its priorities for 2024-2029

On Thursday 4 July, the S&D Group in the European Parliament further refined its priorities for the 2024-2029 term with a new document that was to be the final version, but which had not yet been formally approved.

The group is reportedly waiting for a further meeting with the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, next week, before finalising its programme of key requests. It will make an official announcement at that time.
