24/05/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 24 May, the Commission sent a letter of formal notice to 11 Member States (Germany, Denmark, Spain, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Slovakia and the Czech Republic) for failing to communicate the transposition of new measures to protect workers from the risks related to exposure to carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances at work.
