“worrying” declining trend in LULUCF sinks over past decade persists, according to European Commission

“While the LULUCF sector remains a carbon sink, the worrying trend of a declining LULUCF sink over the past decade persists”, according to a European Commission report published on 15 May, which assesses Regulation 2018/8411 (LULUCF).
