EU extends anti-dumping and countervailing duties on certain Indonesian stainless steel products to other countries

07/05/24 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 7 May, the European Commission published two implementing regulations amending its anti-dumping and countervailing duties on certain stainless steel cold-rolled flat products imported from Indonesia. Following an investigation into the circumvention of these tariffs, the Commission has decided to extend its anti-dumping duties on these products to imports from Taiwan and Vietnam.
