Regions and cities call for a decentralised approach to reconstruction of Ukraine

At the European Summit of Regions and Cities in Mons on Tuesday 19 March, the European Alliance of Cities and Regions for the Reconstruction of Ukraine called for a decentralised approach to the reconstruction of Ukraine.

Regional and local authorities should receive intensive support to enable them to play a meaningful role in the process(see EUROPE B13351A16).
