On Thursday 1 February, the Heads of State and Government will be discussing the situation in the Middle East.
“The dramatic events in the Middle East demand our full attention”, stressed the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, in his letter of invitation to the leaders.
The debate will focus on three areas: security, humanitarian and political issues.
