45% of people of African descent face racial discrimination in Europe, a figure that is rising, according to EU Agency for Fundamental Rights

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) had organised a virtual round table on 17 January to examine the continuing difficulties faced by people of African descent in the European Union. This discussion was inspired by the October 2023 report from the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA), which reveals systemic discrimination and racism.
