Start of European Parliament/EU Council negotiations on reform of Stability and Growth Pact on 23 January

10/01/2024 (Agence Europe) – The trilogue negotiations between the representatives of the European Parliament and the Belgian Presidency of the EU Council on the reform of the Stability and Growth Pact will kick off on Tuesday 23 January, if the European Parliament confirms in plenary session the mandate of the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (see EUROPE B13322A12). A second trilogue will take place on Monday 29 January. (MB)
