European Commission calls on Google and Apple to account for measures taken to assess risks of their application shops under DSA

14/12/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 14 December, the European Commission sent requests for information to Google and Apple under the Digital Services Act (DSA) (see EUROPE B13310A37). In particular, the Commission wants to ask these companies to provide more information on how they have “diligently” identified systemic risks concerning the App Store and Google Play services.
