Josep Borrell announces four senior appointments at EEAS

29/11/23 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 27 November, EU High Representative Josep Borrell announced four senior appointments within the European External Action Service (EEAS). On 1 November, Niclas Kvarnström from Sweden took up the position of Managing Director for Asia and the Pacific.
