The European Commission announced, on Tuesday 28 November, that it had authorised, under the State aid Temporary Crisis and Transition Framework, (see EUROPE B13138A1), a Spanish scheme worth €1.1 billion to support companies producing equipment necessary to foster the transition towards a net-zero economy.
