The European Union’s special representative for dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, Miroslav Lajčák, will meet with representatives of the Serbian government in Brussels on Thursday 16 November in an attempt to breathe new life into discussions on the establishment of an association of Serbian municipalities in Kosovo, which have been at a standstill for several months (see EUROPE B13281A2).
