TEN-T network, compromises emerging between negotiators from European Parliament and EU Council

The interinstitutional negotiations (trilogue) on the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) made good progress on Tuesday 14 November, according to two European sources contacted by EUROPE the following day. This fourth meeting was “quite long and rather productive”, noted one of them.

Firstly, the technical work on Chapter III has been endorsed and there has been agreement in principle on the points remaining from the previous trilogue, namely military mobility and infrastructure...
