31/10/23 (Agence Europe) – “Are you curious about what Member States have planned in their common agricultural policy (CAP) Strategic Plans to support the transition to more sustainable farming practices? It is all possible thanks to the CAP catalogue of interventions, which will be regularly updated to stay in line with any amendments introduced”, announced the European Commission on 25 October. The first direct payments under the new CAP started being made from 16 October. The first online dashboard presents the objectives set at national level by each EU country in their plans; the second provides detailed information on the financial allocation of interventions according to the specific objectives of the CAP.
