10/10/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Research Council (ERC) is launching a call for grant recipients to present their research at the ‘Science is Wonderful!’ event. This annual science fair introduces the general public, particularly schoolchildren, to the world of EU-funded science, research and innovation and their impact on citizens’ lives. Grant recipients will be able to take part with a stand and/or a show. The European Commission will cover most of the costs for two or more people, if necessary. The 2024 edition will take place in Brussels on 25 and 26 April. The ERC is expecting around 5,000 young visitors to attend the event. The call for applications is open until 26 October 2023.
