On Friday 9 June, the Swedish Presidency of the Council of the European Union presented a new proposal for the revision of the European driving licence at the meeting of the Working Group on Land Transport. This proposal responds in part to the expectations expressed by Member States during the public debate at the last ‘Transport’ Council (see EUROPE B13192A17).
